MapleStory Comes to Steam
Files for Steam were found in the MapleStory folder on yesterday’s v.115 Mutiny Update but now we finally have an official notice:
We are pleased to announce that starting on Thursday, August 9th, MapleStory will be available through Steam for players from U.S., Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand!
We want to extend a heartfelt welcome to anyone coming to us from Steam, and we encourage new Maplers to check out our Guide section to learn more about MapleStory.
In other words they’re saying, “Let’s just ignore the fact that there’s a huge glitch for Magicians that many are abusing and distract them with an announcement to have more people come in and abuse it too!”
By the way, in case you were wondering, Steam is a online gaming platform, more information is provided on their official site’s about page!

Oh come on. Just because there’s a glitch out there doesn’t mean that another team which handles something completely different should stop all progress. Let’s be reasonable. I’m quite sure that this announcement wouldn’t slow down or speed up the fixing of the magician glitch.
Took them long enough. Should have done this along with Sudden Attack and Vindictus.
