FinalStory, a maplestory private server is now back up! The server seems to be running on V55 GMS, since it would be a big risk to go back to V60. This article that was posted last month stated FinalStory getting shut down, but it looks like their back up and running.

So…looks like Mateo decided to open back FinalStory! Nexon did not sue FinalStory, they just sent a DMCA E-mail to them.
