Here’s what happened, a local user of MapleStory Japan hacked into there billing system database (which adds NX Cash to your account after purchasing it) and sent 36,000,000 NX cash to his account! Shockingly, he got caught because when you access a database for a very popular game it leaves access logs which a former employee looked at and reported it to the cops. The boy complained to the officials that he wanted a certain special type of clothing that could only be obtained by purchasing a box from the game shop, but he wasn’t lucky enough to get the cloth he wanted from the “random award” system. (I think he was pissed at the ridiculous amount of money he’s spent and not getting what he wanted so he decided to hack enough points to make sure he could get the clothes he wanted.)

This would be kinda unrealistic, but…
He should had hacked a computer from a country other than the USA, then use that computer to hack another computer, then rinse and repeat until you got the desired amount of hacked computers
If the item is tradable, he could put it onto another account, then transfer it to his own. It’d take years to solve this mystery
